What's next?

1.  Receipt Email

You will receive a receipt for your enrollment shortly.

2.  Activation Email

You will receive your activation email from info@securusid.com.
Using the secure link contained in the activation email, you can create your customer account where you will input your detailed personal information.

Please note, your account will not be "active" until you complete this step.
(monitoring and insurance available in Comprehensive and Elite plans only)


3.  Monthly Billing

Your plan is on automatic monthly billing.  Subsequent orders will be billed to the credit card on file each month on or around the day of the month of your initial order.

Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as "Securus ID Inc".
